I use Freeagent - I spent a bit of time comparing a few options, including Xero and Kashflow, and eventually came down to Freeagent because of the integrations and the price. With Freshbooks, are there any restrictions on the number of invoices you can send or anything with the free account?

Wholeheartedly agree with that choice - I have recently started using Capsule - the control and the potential for automation that it gives you is fantastic!

As someone who started a manufacturing firm around 18 months ago i can say without doubt the biggest issue is cash flow (but then any biz graduates should no that anyway). It is surprising how quicky a cash flow situation can change from one minute when the end is near to the next when your safe for another few months.
