Use of Gradpreneur is subject to these Terms and Conditions, which form a contract between Gradpreneur and the user of Gradpreneur referred to as the “Agreement.” In this Agreement, the words “we,” “our,” and “us” mean Gradpreneur. The words “you” and “your” mean any user of Gradpreneur. By using Gradpreneur, you agree to the terms of this Agreement.

Content Policy
Gradpreneur does not claim ownership of user submitted content (including text, video, and otherwise) posted, transmitted or otherwise made available by you via the Gradpreneur website. By submitting content to Gradpreneur.com, you hereby irrevocably grant Gradpreneur a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, fully paid, restriction free license from the date you provide us with your material to distribute, reproduce, copy, record, modify, add to, combine with other materials, remove, adapt, publicly perform, publicly display, broadcast, exhibit, sublicense, freely assign, create derivative works from and otherwise use and exploit any of same, or any part thereof, in any medium now known or hereinafter known, in any language and by any means or manners now or hereafter developed. You also hereby grant each user of the Gradpreneur website a non-exclusive license to access your submitted content through the Gradpreneur website, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display and perform such content as permitted through the functionality of the website and under the Gradpreneur Terms of Use described herein.

We act as a passive conduit for the online distribution and publication of Content submitted by Members and are not responsible for screening or monitoring Content posted by Members. We do not control the Content posted to Gradpreneur and as such; do not guarantee the accuracy, integrity, or quality of any such Content. In addition, you expressly agree that under absolutely no circumstances will we be liable in any way for any Content, including but not limited to, any error or omissions in any Content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of any Content posted, transmitted, or otherwise distributed through Gradpreneur. Such notice must include your Email address, and a statement that you would like to cancel your membership or subscription. We may terminate your membership or subscription at any time for any reason by notifying you via e-mail or via a posting on the Community. All decisions regarding the termination of member accounts shall be made in our sole discretion and we are not required to provide notice prior to terminating your membership or subscription, nor are we required to provide you with a reason for such termination. This Agreement and the obligations, restrictions and limitations set forth herein shall survive the termination or cancellation of your Membership or subscription.

(b)Indemnification. You agree to indemnify and hold Gradpreneur and its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, agents, employees, licensors, and partners, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable solictor’ fees made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of Gradpreneur, Content you submit, post, transmit, or otherwise make available through Gradpreneur your violation of this Agreement, or your violation of any rights of another party.

When you do business with, correspond with, or participate in any promotions of, any advertisers found on or through Gradpreneur you accept, agree, and acknowledge that such business dealings, including the payment and delivery of goods or services, and any and all other representations, warranties, indemnities terms, and conditions are solely between you and such advertiser. You agree that we shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage whatsoever incurred as the result of any such dealings or as the result of the presence of such advertisers on Gradpreneur.

You agree that under absolutely no circumstances will we be liable or responsible for any actual or alleged loss or damage resulting from your reliance on information or Content on Gradpreneur or communication that is transmitted to or from any Member. We do not guarantee the accuracy, usefulness, completeness, or truthfulness of any information on Gradpreneur.
